The Hero's Journey - Embracing the Adventure of College

Facilitated by Spencer Thorn, this virtual session offering frames the college experience as a heroic journey, encouraging students to embrace challenges as growth opportunities with the goal of building resilience, excitement, and meaning into the trials of college. Key topics: Understand the basic narrative framework, Face challenges as growth opportunities, and identify potential allies and mentors they may encounter on campus. Students will reflect on their thoughts about starting a new adventure.  Q&A will be offered at the end of the session.
